| All orders must be placed
through a broker. Contact your local broker and ask for our
product. A broker list is provided below.
Orders are custom propagated and do require
sufficient lead time. Your sales representative can help
you with these details.
Ed Sobkowich Greenhouses Ltd. offers a full
line of finished poinsettias and a complete line of finished
spring annuals for all your Garden Centre needs. For more

Propagation
of varieties that are patented or patent-pending is strictly
prohibited and illegal. These varieties are identified with
the following symbols: PAT, PPAF, or Pat. Pend. This includes
varieties protected under Canadian Plant Breeders rights. Unauthorized
use of any trademarked name, phrase or logo is strictly prohibited.

This agreement will be sent
with your order. It will be taped to the outside of your case.
You do not need to return the agreement, but by opening the
box you are legally bound by it.

| Claims |

Please contact your broker
with any problems with your order within 7 days of ship date.
Carefully inspect boxes for any signs of
damage before you sign for them, and note on the shipping
documents any damage. Do not discard shipment as it may be
necessary to return it.
Claims not made within a timely manner
will not be honoured.
Ed Sobkowich Greenhouses Ltd. takes the
best possible care when preparing your plants for shipping.
Therefore we will not be liable for shipping related problems,
such as delays, incorrect delivery instructions, freezing,
or other damages caused during shipping once it has left
our greenhouses.
